The Sal-Lux Project was founded on a clear purpose: to develop leaders who bring clarity and character to a culture increasingly defined by confusion. After years of mentoring students, young professionals, and emerging leaders, it became evident that the greatest need today is not more information — but more grounding, guidance, and principled leadership.

Our work is built on timeless Biblical principles and real-world leadership experience. We help individuals strengthen their identity, build disciplined habits, clarify their purpose, and live out their faith with confidence.

The name Sal-Lux comes from the call to be Salt and Light — to influence, preserve, illuminate, and lead.

Our story reflects that calling, and our mission is to equip leaders who embody it.

We exist to form leaders who make a meaningful impact — in their families, their communities, and every sphere they enter.

About Me

Hi, I’m Scott — a husband, father, healthcare executive, and leadership coach who has spent more than 15 years helping people grow into who they were created to be. Over the years, I’ve led hundreds of clinicians, coached rising professionals, and walked alongside individuals searching for direction, identity, and purpose.

I’m a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Master Coach, but more importantly, I’m someone who believes deeply in the potential of the next generation. I’ve seen how many young leaders feel overwhelmed — uncertain of who they are, what they’re meant to do, or how to pursue a meaningful life.

That’s why I created The Sal-Lux Project: to help young people develop clarity in a confusing world, cultivate conviction in their values, and pursue the calling God has placed on their lives.

My heart is to guide, support, and champion leaders as they grow — one step at a time.
